EZ Creamer Instructions

The EZ CREAMER quickly mounts onto a table using the two mounting screws. All metal parts of the EZ CREAMER are American-made stainless steel. All EZ CREAMER parts are food safe.

Cut both ends of the corn. Make sure the cut goes through all the shucks when cutting the large end. For best results use the EZ Cutter.

Insert the included corncob screw in your drill and tighten with the chuck. An 1800 RPM dill is recommended.

Screw the corncob screw into the large end of an ear of corn.

Insert the corn into the EZ CREAMER's bottom tube below the brush.

Using the drill in a clockwise rotation, move the cob of corn up and down against the brushes. Notice how easily it turns into a corn shucker and de-silker?

With a simple stoke or two, the corn cob will be clean of all the shuck and silk and will be ready for the corn sheller.

After the corn is clean, insert it into the EZ CREAMER's top tube for cutting. There is also the option as a whole kernel corn cutter.

Once again, run your drill in a clockwise direction until the corn is creamed. One or two times in and out is sufficient.
Notice there is virtually no waste on the corncob? Much easier and more efficient than doing it by hand!

Reverse the drill to unscrew the empty corn cob.
Repeat the process until all your corn is creamed!
The EZ Cutter is recommended over a kitchen knife for cutting the corncob ends as it is easier and ensures a completely clean cut.
